On July 27, 2022, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) released the preliminary round results of the PCS online. On the official website, uppsc.up.gov.in, candidates who have registered for the UPPSC PCS Pre-Test can now check their scores and UPPSC PCS threshold. A statement regarding the June 12, 2022 exam has been made: UPPSC PCS Prelims Result 2022 Released. According to the PCS Pre result PDF which has been made public, a total of 5,964 people passed this exam and were chosen to take the UPPSC PCS Mains in 2022.

From the more than 3 lakh candidates who passed the exam, this selection was made. More than 6 lakh applications were reportedly received, but barely 50% of the applicants appeared for the PCS Prelims exam.
