Jesy Nelson’s “Boyz” had the most turbulent launch of all new pop music in 2021 – and it’s not over yet.
The pranksters nastyly changed the Wikipedia entry for the single, which reached number four on the UK Singles Chart in October.
Among the list of celebrities chosen at random as songwriters on the song’s Wikipedia were reality TV star Gemma Collins; EastEnders icons Natalie Cassidy; Linda Henry and Pam St Clement; Hollyoaks star Denise Welch and Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan.
Even stranger names listed include The Woman From the Halifax Advert; Ghislaine Maxwell; Lea from Big Brother 7; the American rapper Cupcakke; X Factor auditioned Abby and Lisa – AKA AbLisa – and Jackie Travers from Big Brother 14.

It is not known why the page changed so randomly.
Meanwhile, Jesy, 30, gave her first solo concert since leaving Little Mix.
She showed up at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball in London on Saturday night wearing a racy leather outfit.
Jesy stood out from the crowd wearing a brown cropped top with matching pants and a bright orange fur jacket.
There was a glimpse of his toned torso in the latest eye-catching wardrobe pick.
Jesy wore glamorous makeup and styled her trademark brunette locks in a straight style.
Singer Boyz completed her look with a pair of neon orange heels as she rocked the red carpet.
For her stage outfit, Jesy transformed into a vinyl jumpsuit which she teamed with a dramatic red leather trench coat.
She changed her hair to model gray locks into a wet look and covered her eyes with flame shaped sunglasses.
Jesy has reportedly already written nine songs for her debut album, which is slated for release next year with her second single slated to launch in January 2022.
